Lost Creek Reservoir was recently stocked with 20,000 legal-sized rainbows, complementing the legal and trophy-sized fish stocked last fall. Recent reports have been encouraging as fish in the 12-16 inch range have been caught. Trolling a wedding ring/worm behind an oval egg sinker and dodger has produced fish. Anglers were successful trolling around the dam and throughout the lake above and below Peyton Bridge. Bank anglers have been catching fish near the Takelma ramp, marina, and spillway using spinners, Powerbait, or a nightcrawler below a bobber. The reservoir is 91 percent full, and the surface temperature is 48oF.
