Trout fishing has been good. Anglers fishing spinners, flies, and bobber and worms all have been doing well. The Elk River Hatchery stocked the pond with rainbow trout last week. This might be a nice addition to your Independence Day plans. Oregon State Parks manages Arizona Pond for youth fishing ages 17 and under.
