Species affected: All species.

Location: Nisqually River from the mouth to military tank crossing bridge (located 1 mile upstream of mouth of Muck Creek). Pierce/Thurston counties.

Reason for action: This rule is necessary to comply with fisheries agreements made with co-managers during North of Falcon proceedings. It is needed to avoid gear conflicts between tribal and recreational fishers.

Additional information: Anglers should refer to the 2019-20 Washington Sport Fishing Rules pamphlet for other ongoing fishing opportunities available online at http://wdfw.wa.gov/fishing/regulations/.
