Action: Temporarily removes daily limits and size restrictions for all gamefish, sets fishing closure for lake treatment.

Location: Williams Lake (Spokane Co.)

Species affected: Trout and other gamefish.

Effective dates and rules:

  • Immediately, through Oct. 9, 2022: No daily limits or size restrictions for gamefish.
  • Oct. 10, 2022, through Apr. 21, 2023: Closed to all fishing.

Reason for action: This lake is scheduled to be treated with the piscicide rotenone for fish management purposes.

Additional information: Unless otherwise amended, all permanent rules remain in effect.
